Introduction

Patriotic Citizens Initiative (PCI) is committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring the satisfaction of all individuals who interact with us, including donors, volunteers, beneficiaries, and website users. This policy outlines the procedures for raising concerns or complaints and how PCI will address them.

 

How to Make a Complaint

If you have a complaint about any aspect of our work or services, including the website, donations, or volunteer activities, you can contact us through the following means:​

Complaints Procedure

 

  • Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within five (5) working days.
     

  • Investigation: We will thoroughly investigate the complaint, which may include gathering additional information from you or relevant parties.
     

  • Resolution: We aim to resolve all complaints within 28 days of receipt. If the matter cannot be resolved within this timeframe, we will provide you with an update and explain the reasons for the delay.
     

  • Appeal: If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may appeal by contacting PCI’s management at info@pcinigeria.org. We will review the complaint and provide a final decision within 14 days of your appeal request.

 

 

PCI will treat all complaints with seriousness, impartiality, and confidentiality.
